Since above are covering the apartment/flat and Condominium in my analysis. As such, below transacted data will be covering it as well.
My search criteria is for the past 12 months at Sunway area. It turn out that 20 projects with 273 transactions recorded as shown in below map.
The transacted amount can go as high as $1.5 million, of course that is for the condominium range. Majority transacted is below $500K. As such, any properties that is below $500K still a good buy as this is the biggest market pool of buyers.
Below chart is the transacted price per square feet for apartment range. It seem that the price is trending trending low for the recent months.
