During the site visit 3 weeks ago at Bandar Perda uptown, I did not enter the unit to do inspection. Just to ensure that the location and business surrounding are good and investment sound. Just a week before signing the Sales and Purchased agreement, requested to the owner to contact tenant for me to do in depth property check.

There are several broken stuff that will need to get it fix after hand over at later staged.

In general, the unit is ok. The current tenant already help to fix the front & back grill doors. The roof abestos, some are broken, but no major issues.

There is one worker stay there, as such has a small wooden partition inside the unit.

From the above, in my opinion there are not much serious issue. As such, proceed to signing schedule in a week time.
