It is now March 2015, and the GST is going to be inplemented by 1st of April 2015. We can feel that the property market is slowing now.
According to Knight Frank research 2015, there are 36% of Malaysian Billionaire keen to invest in property in 2015.

1. Commercial shop/retail
2. Residential
3. Office
4. Infrastructure
5. Warehouse/factory
6. Agriculture land
7. Hotel
The red color represents Malaysian
The blue color represents Asian
The green color represents global
From Knight Frank research data, in 2014, Malaysian billionaire prefer to invest in commercial shop/retail, follow by residential and then office.
As compared to global billionaires, their preference in property investment is residential, follow by office and then commercial shop/retail.
