I wrote a post on How to Stamp the Tenancy Agreement earlier. With the Technology Advanced and Internet of Things, LHDN stamping also move to online.

However, it is not fully Online at this point of time due to payment still requires to be done at the counter. I am sharing with you few quick guides for this changed.

Procedure on How to Stamp your Tenancy Agreement Online

Step 1: Register an account

Go to this link: https://stamps.hasil.gov.my/stamps/SisIndividu/checking_ic

Key in your IC Number and Click “Semak”, to check if you are register user? If you are not register, it will prompt you to register.

If you already Register, it will Prompt you for your password.

Step 2: Log in

Once you Log in, you will see you page as below.

Step 3: Key in all the Tenancy Details

Once you at the Login Page, you will see there is No submission.

Click on the “Tambah Permohanan Baru” to begin with.

Select the choice as below:

Then click “Simpan” to proceed.

Then Key in all the relevant information into FIVE each section of the form.

Do remember on the No Rujukan as circle in the RED. You may need to quote this number when you are in the Payment Counter.

Once you submit, you will see following page details coming out.

Now you have to make your appointment in order to presence on LHDN office in order to make payment.

Step 4: Make appointment through e-janji

In order to make your payment, go to above link to schedule an appointment. Sample of appointment letter as below.

Step 5: Make Payment

Once you make the Stamp duty payment, your online details will shown below details.

You will have new No. Rujukan and stated on the right side, Payment already made.

Viola, you are done.
