KL Traders Square,Setapak New launch

Since last week my brother went to KL for holiday and back to share with me on KL Traders Square which will be launching this weekend. All my brother properties are mainly in Kuala Lumpur and focusing in Setapak and Wangsa Maju area. As such, he is excited to   share with me this new development as there is a LRT construction nearby. He said he is considering to get a unit. I am doing due diligence on the KL Traders Square.

 

I have talked to a sales representative from the SCP and able to gather some basic information. Since it will be only launch this weekend. So a lot more details will be only available by next week.

 

KL Traders Square is a mixed development project by SCP Group located in Setapak, bordering Gombak. It is within 5~20 minutes (7 km) drive from Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). It is located close to popular shopping malls including Suria KLCC, Avenue K, Ampang Point, Festival City Mall, MyDin, Jaya Jusco, Carrefour, Wangsa Walk and Diamond Square Commercial Centre.

 

Schools in the vicinity include SRJKC Mun Yee, Chong Hwa School, SMKP Ayer Panas, SK Marian Convent and SK Danau Kota 2.

 

Hospitals (Tawakal, Sentosa, Columbia, Hospital Kuala Lumpur), Clinics, Banks, Primary & Secondary Schools (Ming Yee, Chong Hwa), public transports etc. Nearby education institutions are including TAR, UIA, Korean Kindergarten, Sri Utama Internatinoal School.

 

Other amenities close to KL Traders Square includes Taman Titiwangsa Recreational Park and lake, Setapak post office, Setapak police station and Setapak market.

 

KL Traders Square can be access to KL City Center via Jalan Tun Razak, along with easy access to major expressways such as DUKE highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Federal highway, SPRINT, Maju expressway (MEX), PLUS highway.

Karak highway and Jalan Genting Klang can reach KL Traders Square as well.

    Hi bro, thanks for sharing although you are not giving a balanced view. Mostly favorable. Anyway if l intend to buy one, which block should l chose, assume, price not an issue, but tranquility and feng shui. God bless.
