How to apply for PRIMA House in Malaysia?

Since Malaysia government launch the PRIMA house years ago, there are still a lot of questions not answer, such as how to apply and what are the requirements.
In short the application documents required are as follows:

  • Photocopy of applicant NRIC (If Single)
  • Photocopy of applicant and Spouse NRIC (If Married)
  • Photocopy of applicants’ children NRIC birth certificate
  • Photocopy of applicants’ salary slip

Address for the PRIMA housing as follow:
Jabatan Perumahan Negara
Aras 30-38，
No 51，Persiaran Perdana，
Presint 4，Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan，
62100 Putrajaya.

The PRIMA house is priced between $100K ~ $400K

Applicant Pre-requisite:
Malaysia Citizen
Above 21 years old
Do not own more than 1 house (for single)
Do not own more than 1 house (for married couple)
Monthly Household income in the range of $2500 ~ $10000 (inlcudes allowances,bonus,commission)
– Calculation is based on the AVERAGE of latest 3 month household income

Step to apply for PRIMA House

1.Registration

a) Go to below link to open register an account
https://register.pr1ma.my/Account/Reogister，開一個新的戶頭
b) Fill in the online form
c) Select Five location of your PRIMA housing choice
d) Upload all the documents stated in either (i) or (ii)

i) Salaried personnel
*A copy of NRIC
*A copy of latest month salaried slip

ii）Self employed or Business owner
*A copy of NRIC
*A copy of latest bank transaction record

e) Once Step (a) ~ (d) completed and submit, you will be given an ID （nombor rujukan PR1MA）
f) You will received an e-mail notifying your application has been submitted
g) If there is any location of your choice has PRIMA house open for application, you will be notified by e-mail.

Note:Step (a) ~ (g) is just a registration for your interest on particular 5 location of PRIMA housing.
You will required to login again for the subsequent step in order to complete the application.

2.Formal application

h) Once there is launching of one of your selected PRIMA location, you will be notified through e-mail
i) Then login using your login ID during your registration
j) Select “Permohonan” to check on more information on the PRIMA project such as location,size,price and so on.
k) Once it match to your requirement and liking, then upload the following information

i）Salaried personnel
*A copy of your employment status with address
*A copy of latest 3 month salaried slip
*A copy of latest EPF statement

ii）Self employed or Business owner
*A copy of latest income tax from LHDN
*A copy of latest 3 months bank transaction record

l) Submit before the due date
m) You will received an e-mail notifying your application has been submitted

In the event that applicants is more than the available unit, balloting will be carried out.
Result of the balloting will be published at http://www.pr1ma.my

For those Successfull bidder, will be notified through e-mail.

    Tolong saya untuk daparkan satu prima house . Says Suri rumah tangga hanya suami seorang je kerja. Susah kalau beli rumah . Terima Kasih
