Galleria Equine Park modernization of Living

Since I have done the review on the Springville Residence, Galleria Equine Park was launch on 2013. I was there for the soft launch again and get the first hand information at that time. Galleria Equine Park is the second high rise project by Global Oriental at Taman Equine.

In this article, I will be focus more on the project, the analysis of the surrounding can refer to the Springville Residence.

Galleria Equine Park is located along Jalan Putra Permai 2, off Persiaran Equine Perdana in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Galleria Equine Park is a leasehold high-rise serviced apartment development. There are total of 504 units with built-up areas of 450 to 760 sq ft.

Galleria will be 3 acre project beside Mc Donald and nearby Jaya Jusco Taman Equine.

Total 18 floor, each floor 24 unit 450sf, 4 units(corner) 760sf ,

Total 504 units

760sf = 72 units

450sf = 432 units

AEON Taman Equine Shopping Centre is just within walking distance from this serviced apartment. It is also near shop lots, restaurants, eateries, banks, clinics and petrol stations. Taman Universiti National School and Alice Smith International School are in the vicinity. It is also just a short drive to Pasar Borong Selangor and Giant Seri Kembangan.

After MEX highway is completed, it will be easier for the students to go to UPM and even in Cyberjaya. This is because the traffic is very congested in the morning which going towards Seri kembangan.

Below are my observations in year 2013 at the surrounding of Equine Boulevard shoplots. 3 banks namely HongLeong, Maybank and Public bank already move in. 3 banks is still looking for the right unit to move in, they are OCBC, CIMB and AMBank.

I foresee more F&B anchor tenant such as Paparich, Station One, Oldtown, Coffeebean etc will move in.
