Last week when I went back to attend my cousin brother wedding, I noticed this placed called Victoria Cottage. I have turn into this area and found out there are nice housing area. On my right is the non gated community and on my left is the gated community called Victoria Cottage @ Residence Perdana.

My memory serve me right that one of my friend Leong also bought a unit there. He is kind enough to give me some reference of this area.

I like the area very much and the design also looks modern. The area is well planned and most of the development are ready. My friend Mr Leong upgrade his parent house from Single storey to double storey terrace. It provide more security to his parent in the guarded community and there is a nice play ground. He is such filial son and a family man since I know him decade ago.
